HOW DOES APEX SPEDITION ESCROW WORK?
Apex Spedition reduces the risk of fraud by acting as a trusted third-party that collects, holds and only disburses funds when both Buyers and Sellers are satisfied.
1. Buyer and Seller agree to terms – Either the Buyer or Seller begins a transaction with Apex Spedition.
2. Buyer and Seller Must Provide Detail – The buyer and seller must provide us with details for the preparation of all delivery and sales documentation. The pre-purchase contract is signed by both parties.
3. Apex Spedition ships vehicle to Buyer – Upon payment verification, Apex Spedition sends the vehicle and submits tracking information.
4. Vehicle Reception – The buyer has a set number of hours to inspect the vehicle upon delivery. If the vehicle does not match the description, the buyer has the option of refusing the purchase without incurring any costs. Seller is responsible for return fees.
5. Apex Spedition pays the Seller – When the vehicle purchase is completed, the buyer has a right of return within 5 working days. We only release the payment to the seller after the five-day inspection period has expired.
6. Return Policy – If the vehicle does not match the description, we will refund the buyer the full amount paid within 2 days.
